Professional Qualifications
As a therapist, I am a member of the Institute of Transactional Analysis (ITA) and work within their code of ethics and guidelines. I have successfully completed four years training in transactional analysis at South Manchester Centre for Psychotherapy.
Experience
I have 15 years' experience in human resources/training in both retail and education.
This has enabled me to practise skills ranging from stress management, Career counselling, assertiveness, managing change and decision-making, requiring empathy and understanding across a wide range of people.
I worked in education as a trainer, delivering courses in all aspects of management skills and behavioural training.
Responsibilities
I am married with four children and currently I work as a counsellor for a local counselling and family support centre.
